I bought and trained all 4 of these skills a few days ago, trained them all to LVL 3 On my cruiser ship i was 45 24 24 25 w/ 1 ENAM After all 4 were trained to lvl 3 the same ship is now 47 25 25 26 not sure if it was worth the effort :L)
